The Makers Landing Food Lab incubation programme supports early-stage businesses and entrepreneurs in the food industry by providing structured support and skills development.
The Makers at Makers Landing are food producers and small businesses who celebrate a farm-to-table and nose-to-tail approach. Here the very best of South African food and flavours is celebrated – with everything from aromatic curries, to locally produced cheese, to fresh koeksisters and freshly ground coffee.
The Makers Landing kitchen studio is an event space which hosts pop up events, demos and experiences, and which can also be rented out for shoots, food demos and private events.
Makers Landing is a place for everyone – a place for people to connect, learn and share, with food as a passion point. As well as scheduled programmes and events, the space is open every day for people to shop, browse, eat, or simply to experience the makers, their food, and their stories.
